Policy

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

• To schedule or cancel, please call (630) 524-5768.
• A minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
• Repeated short-notice cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.
• After three missed appointments, a deposit will be required to secure future bookings.

ARRIVAL GUIDELINES & LATE ARRIVALS

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to choose your nail color or design and ensure a smooth, timely start.
• If you expect to arrive late, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for unexpected delays.
• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in shortened or rescheduled service.
• We may not be able to reschedule or complete services if lateness affects the schedule or other clients.

PRICING

• All listed prices reflect short and simple nail styles.
• Additional charges apply for length, shape, or intricate designs.
• Please confirm pricing with the technician before service begins.

PETS

• For sanitation and allergy reasons, no pets are allowed.
• Only official service animals are permitted.
• Emotional support or companion animals are not recognized as service animals.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

• Please secure your valuables.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

REFUNDS & REPAIRS

  • If you are unsatisfied, please inform us before payment so adjustments can be made.
  • No refunds will be issued after leaving the salon.
  • Regular polish is not guaranteed.
  • Complimentary repairs are available within 10 days for issues such as chipping, lifting, or peeling.

After 10 days:
• Acrylic / Builder Gel: $5 per nail
• Gel-X Tip: $7 per nail
(Additional with design: +$5)
• Please call ahead to schedule repair appointments.

SALON ETIQUETTE

• Please keep phones on silent and voices low to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
Children must be supervised at all times.
• We cannot ensure your child’s safety in the service area.

HEALTH & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

• Please inform staff of any open wounds, infections, or medical conditions prior to service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:
 • Exhibits contagious or unsafe conditions
 • Arrives more than 15 minutes late
 • Displays inappropriate or disrespectful behavior
